Aceva prides itself on the "Empty Bottle Guarantee". This allows you to try any nutritional product and return it for any reason, within 60-days of purchase, for an unconditional, money-back guarantee. All individual nutritional products fall under the "Empty Bottle Guarantee", but multiple opened bottles of the same product and any Aceva Program are not eligible for a return.
Online Orders: If you purchased a product on line and wish to return it for a refund, you must return the bottle (regardless of whether it is full or empty), along with a completed Refund Request Form directly to Aceva at 624 W. Glen, Peoria, IL 61614. If the product is received within 60 days of the initial purchase, a refund will be issued. Please be sure to fill out the form completely. Incomplete forms will result in a delay of your refund.
In Store Purchases: If you purchased your product from a retail establishment, you must return the product back to the location at which you made the purchase. In order to qualify for the "Empty Bottle Guarantee" you must still bring back the bottle you are returning within 60 days of the purchase and complete a Refund Request Form.

Standard shipping orders will be sent either FedEx or the United States Postal Service based on prime delivery and price rates. All orders are processed within one business day if received prior to 12:00 pm CST. Average expected delivery time is between 1 -3 business days.
When an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number for your convenience. If you do not receive your order in a reasonable period of time, you can track your order, contact our support team via email at email@example.com or call our office at 877-688-7241.
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for retail customers whose cart purchase is over $100. The free shipping threshold for wholesale customers is $600.
Express Shipping: Expedited shipping such as 2 day and overnight services are available for an additional cost. Shipment dates only apply to standard operating business days. Due to the fact that FedEx does not provide deliveries on Saturdays, 2–Day delivery requests must be placed no later than Wednesday at 12:00 pm CST and overnight delivery requests must be placed no later than Thursday at 12:00 pm CST. If order is received outside of these requirements, shipments will be delayed until next operating business day.
Heat Sensitive Shipping: During the summer months, products containing heat sensitive probiotics may not ship on Fridays, or over holidays due to the impact of the heat on the product. Products that may be affected are Ultrabiotic, Pedia Biotic, Absolute Greens, Ultimate Body Cleanse and MetaLife programs.
Back order Shipping: Items purchased that are on back order will be shipped as soon as the item is available. If items on back order are part of a larger order, the
items that are in stock will be shipped immediately, and the back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping cost incurred by customer.
International Shipping: Due to the varying nature of legislation around selling supplements in each country, we are currently only shipping our products to locations within the United States.
