I don't like pills. Can I chew the softgel?

You can bite down on the softgel and swallow the liquid, then chew or discard the shell. Alternatively, if you let the shell sit in your mouth, it will slowly dissolve since it's made of gelatin. If you'd rather skip softgels entirely, Omega Longevity is our liquid fish oil.

Should I take it with food? Will I burp it up?
