What does it taste like?
Organic doublemint, with a light sweetness from organic Reb A rather than any artificial sweetener. Most people mix one scoop in 6 to 8 oz of cold water. We tested the leading greens products and found most of them hard to finish, so taste was a formulation requirement rather than an afterthought.
Does this replace eating vegetables?
No, and we would not claim it does. Absolute Greens is a concentrated source of plant material designed to add botanical diversity to what you already eat, not a substitute for a plate of vegetables.
How and when should I take it?
Mix one level scoop with 6 to 8 ounces of water or juice. Stir, or shake in a closed container. Take it one or more times daily, or as recommended by your health care professional. First thing in the morning is the habit we built the formula around, but consistency matters more than timing.
Does it need to be refrigerated?
Not required, but for maximum shelf life store it in the refrigerator after opening.
What is it free of?
Formulated to be free of allergens derived from gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts, and the finished product is screened for milk, soy and gluten.
